What is a credit?
One credit is one generated image at standard resolution. A 4K upscale costs 2 credits and an AI model shot costs 3, because both take significantly more compute.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Credits bought as a top-up pack never expire as long as your account is active.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
You can buy a top-up pack at any time without changing your plan, or upgrade and have the new allowance apply immediately with the difference prorated.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period so you keep the credits you have already paid for.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every charge produces a downloadable invoice with your company name, address and VAT number where you have supplied them, so it goes straight into your bookkeeping.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 7 days of a charge, and provided you have used less than 20% of that period’s credits, we refund in full. Customers in the EU and UK also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing saves roughly 20% against paying monthly, charged once for twelve months and with the full year of credits released monthly.
Do you have a free plan?
You get 10 credits once, at 1K resolution with a watermark, so you can test the generator on a product you actually sell before paying anything.
