Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of tradarsai.com and the TRADARS AI service (the Service), operated by TRADARS AI (we, us). By creating an account, submitting an image, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and you means that company.

The Service generates commercial product images from photographs you upload. You select shot types; we render new images of the same product in different scenes, framings and formats.

Generated images are machine output. We do not guarantee that any particular result will be commercially usable, accurate to your product in every detail, or unique — comparable prompts may produce comparable results for other customers. Review every image before you publish it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Tell us at support@tradarsai.com as soon as you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Paid plans are sold as a monthly or annual subscription that includes a monthly allowance of image credits. One credit is one generated image at standard resolution; higher-cost actions consume more credits, as published on our pricing page.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits purchased as a top-up pack do not expire while your account remains active.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as merchant of record for your purchase and remits sales tax and VAT where applicable. Purchases are also subject to that provider’s own terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice; the change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You keep all rights in the photographs and other material you upload (Your Content). You confirm that you own or are licensed to use Your Content, and that generating images from it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and process Your Content strictly to operate the Service for you: generating your images, delivering them to you, providing support you request, and keeping backups. This licence ends when the content is deleted under our retention schedule.

Uploads are deleted 30 days after processing. Generated images remain available for 90 days so you can re-download them. Deleting your account clears both within 7 days. Keep your own copies of anything you need long-term.

Paid plans

To the extent we hold any rights in images you generate on a paid plan, we assign them to you. You may use those images commercially without restriction or attribution: marketplace listings, paid ads, your own site, packaging, print and social. There is no per-image licence fee and no watermark.

Free plan

Images generated on the free plan are watermarked and licensed to you for personal evaluation only. They may not be used in listings, advertising or any other commercial context. Upgrading to a paid plan and regenerating produces images you can use commercially.

What we cannot give you

We cannot grant rights in the underlying product design, trade marks or third-party material depicted in an image, and we do not warrant that a generated image is free of third-party rights. You remain responsible for clearing anything your image depicts.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers, among other things, prohibitions on generating likenesses of real people, counterfeiting brands, and misrepresenting products.

We may apply reasonable rate limits and fair-use thresholds to protect service quality, and we will tell you if your usage pattern is approaching them.

We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation on plans without a written service level agreement. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

Features labelled beta, preview or early access are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and may have lower reliability than the rest of the Service.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers, listed in our Security and Privacy Policy pages. We are responsible for choosing them carefully and for the obligations we place on them, but we are not responsible for their own products or any site they link to.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or if your use creates a security or legal risk to us or other customers. Where the circumstances allow it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

If we terminate your account without cause, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. If we terminate for a serious breach — for example generating prohibited content — no refund is due.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

These limits do not apply to either party’s liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, from images you publish, or from your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and give you reasonable control of the defence, provided any settlement that affects us requires our consent.

Our operating entity’s registration is being completed. The governing law and dispute venue will be published in this section, and the change will be announced under Changes to these terms before it takes effect.

In the meantime, we will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. Email support@tradarsai.com with the details and we will respond within five business days. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-product notice before they take effect, and the version number and date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can cancel and request a refund of the unused portion of your current period.
