1.Our position on copyright
TRADARS AI respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from everyone using the Service. Uploading material you have no right to use — including a competitor’s product photography or an unlicensed stock image — violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and to equivalent notices under other applicable copyright law.
2.Filing a takedown notice
Send your notice to support@tradarsai.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. To be actionable it must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if there are several
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a URL, account identifier or image ID
- Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
Incomplete notices delay action, because we cannot verify a claim we cannot check. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
3.What happens after a valid notice
We remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the account holder with a copy of the notice, and record the complaint against that account. We do not disclose your postal address or phone number to the account holder beyond what the DMCA requires.
4.Filing a counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@tradarsai.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or — if you are outside the United States — any district in which we may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they notify us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
5.Repeat infringers
Accounts that accumulate repeated valid infringement notices are terminated. We consider the number of notices, whether they were successfully countered, and whether the pattern suggests deliberate infringement rather than isolated error.
6.Misrepresentation
