Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses TRADARS AI, and forms part of our Terms of Service. It covers both what you upload and what you generate.

You may not use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law, or facilitate anyone else doing so
• Infringe copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents or trade secrets
• Harass, defame, threaten or impersonate any person or organisation
• Produce sexual content, content sexualising minors, or any child sexual abuse material
• Promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against a protected group
• Distribute malware, probe our systems for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits
• Scrape the Service, resell access, or build a competing product from our outputs
• Share credentials, or use one account to serve multiple unrelated businesses on a single-seat plan

You also may not:

• Generate synthetic likenesses of any individual for endorsement, testimonial or spokesperson purposes
• Remove, obscure or falsify metadata or provenance markers that identify an image as AI-generated
• Present generated images as human-authored photography where doing so would mislead a buyer, platform or regulator
• Use outputs to train, fine-tune, distil or benchmark a competing image-generation model
• Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts or training data, or to circumvent safety filters by any means, including prompt injection
• Use the Service for biometric identification, facial recognition, or inferring protected characteristics about individuals
• Use the Service in any application classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act, or in medical, legal or safety-critical decision-making
• Generate political campaign material, electioneering content, or imagery designed to influence an election

These restrictions exist because this is a product-photography tool. Breaking them tends to get sellers suspended by marketplaces, so they are worth reading even setting our terms aside.

• Only upload products you have the right to sell or market. Do not upload a competitor’s product photography, a supplier catalogue image you have no licence to, or a stock photo, and present the result as your own product.
• No counterfeit branding. Do not generate, add, alter or recreate brand logos, trade marks, hallmarks, certification marks or authenticity seals on a product that does not carry them legitimately.
• No misleading representations. A generated image must accurately depict the product you actually ship — its size, colour, material, contents and included accessories. Do not generate imagery implying capabilities, certifications, ingredients or results the product does not have.
• No regulated-claim imagery. Do not generate before-and-after results for health, medical, weight-loss, cosmetic or financial outcomes, or imagery implying a regulatory approval you do not hold.
• Respect platform rules. Marketplaces have their own image standards and AI-disclosure requirements. Complying with them is your responsibility.

Plan allowances assume normal single-business use. Automated high-frequency generation, credential sharing, running many accounts to multiply free credits, or usage that degrades service quality for others may be rate limited. Where we can, we contact you before applying limits.

If the report concerns non-consensual intimate imagery of you, say so in the subject line. We treat those reports as urgent and remove content before completing the wider investigation.

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate it. Severe violations — child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, large-scale counterfeiting — result in immediate termination without refund and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, reply to the notice we send and we will review it.
