What is AI product photography?
It is generating commercial product images from an existing photo instead of staging a physical shoot. You upload one picture of the product, choose the shots you need, and the scene, lighting and composition are rendered around the same product.
Will my product still look exactly like mine?
That is the part that matters, so it is the part we constrain hardest. Shape, colour, proportions, label text and logo placement stay locked to your source photo. If a result drifts from the original, regenerate it — the run is cheap and the source never changes.
Do I own the images I generate?
On any paid plan, yes. Images you generate are yours to use commercially — listings, ads, packaging, print, social. No attribution, no watermark, no per-image licensing. Free plan images carry a watermark and are for evaluation only.
Can I use these images on Amazon?
Yes. The Amazon preset renders a pure white background with the product filling roughly 85% of the frame at 2000 × 2000 px, which is what the main image guidelines ask for. You are still responsible for making sure the image accurately represents what you ship.
Do you train your models on my product photos?
No. Your uploads are used to generate your images and nothing else. We do not use customer product photos as training data — for a seller with an unreleased SKU, that is not a footnote, it is the whole decision.
How many photos do I need to upload?
One is enough for most products. A second angle helps for items with very different front and back faces, like packaging with printed panels or apparel with a detailed reverse.
What resolution do I get?
Up to 1K on the free plan, 2K on Starter, and 4K from Growth upward. 4K is enough for homepage heroes, marketplace zoom views and small-format print.
Can I generate model shots for clothing?
Yes, from the Growth plan. A generated model wears or holds your product, in standing, seated, walking, portrait or editorial framing. Generated people are not real individuals, and we do not generate likenesses of identifiable people.
How long do you keep my images?
Uploads are deleted 30 days after processing and generated images are kept for 90 days so you can re-download them. Deleting your account clears everything within 7 days. Download what you need and keep your own copies.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current period. If a plan is not working out, you can request a full refund within 7 days as long as you have used less than 20% of that period’s credits.
